We represent buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate on a regular basis. Our attorneys are experienced in the formation of condominiums and subdivisions, including the drafting of condominium declarations and documents for other types of common interest communities. We frequently counsel clients with regard to easements, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, and State and municipal permit matters. Our attorneys also draft and negotiate residential and commercial leases, on both the landlord and tenant side. We represent contractors and property owners with regard to construction contracts and disputes. Our attorneys also have experience in foreclosure matters.
